Went there for pain management for wrist and bilateral hand pain due to what I was told by another ortho to be known as severe osteoarthritis. Filled out a million forms waited for about 15 minutes The doctor came in he was very cold and non-approachable did not examine me whatsoever There was a situation that there may have been an open comp case so refused to see me said that he believes I need to be seen by a rheumatologist first and he would refuse to see me before I would go see a rheumatologist. This doctor has students and staff that changes every 30 days except for the receptionist the staff is pretty nice but the doctor is very dry and non helpful Never sending you for imaging or a x-ray or anything bloodwork etc. I just found out that they can see inflammation in your bloodwork. The ER called me the day after my visit to the hospital because my numbers were high for inflammation,!That was kind of scary because I never got a call from the ER the next day. The only good thing about this place is the few staff members ryan the holistic allison the woman who takes your pre screen before you get shock wave. Dr.v not much. Hes at times very rude and not understanding if you dont answer a question the exact way he wants you to he becomes quite snarky a d snappy. From my experience with another company Pinnacle orthopedics and how amazing everyone from there was to my experience here vkp is years aways from being a trusted provider
Dr. Pilly got me off a 30 year Opiod addiction. He has been a Godsend for me. David , who runs the PT department is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I can’t say enough about Dr.Pilly and his entire staff, I would highly recommend them to anyone that is suffering with pain.
Doctor Pilly is a very great doctor! I feel so good going, his team is fantastic, and is not the type of doctor who just give out pills to pop, he take his time out JUST to make sure you get much better. Him and his team Dave is a very good treatment you get there. If you need to get well, that’s the best place to go to.
