I have been going to Dr. Saaraswat for many years. After reading many reviews I have to STRONGLY disagree with reviews regarding Asia. I have dealt with Asia for many years also. She has always been helpful and excellent at follow up. Since she works alone with Dr. Saarawat sometimes patience is called for. I am extremely satisfied with her and know I can always depend on her to follow through with what is needed. Dr. Vijay Saaraswat is very bad at getting medication refills on time. I called in a week ago and I am still waiting to get his approval. His patient is in need of the medicine.. very disappointed
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Saaraswat for 2 years and are happy with the services receive under his care. Dr. Saaraswat is on top of our health needs and follows through with these needs with compassionate care and solutions to resolve or help with each of our situations. I have been a patient at Dr. Saarawat's office for over 9 years, along with other members of my family. I am extremely satisfied with how my health has come along. Dr. Saaraswat treats his patients with care and compassion. The entire office staff goes above and beyond for the patients, even over the phone sometimes! Wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. Has to be one of the WORST front desk office staff I have ever seen. I am not sure what they do all day, but will take weeks for a prior authorization depriving patients of life saving medications. Impossible to get into contact with. Even pharmacies and other doctors can not get a hold of them. Will never answer the phone. When they do - they speak in an ill rude manner and will hang up without any answers.
