Dr Sarah Suarez kind of okay I asked about things and I got kind of dismissed on a few things. Forget about trying to get refills it's been 10 days that the pharmacy has been reaching out to get one of my medications I've been calling almost every day to get my medications and they just don't like to fill them and they're not even narcotics they're not narcotics I don't get it!
Dr. Sarraswat has been our family Dr. For roughly 10 years now. We stuck with him after his move from his office on Beers Street in Homdel, NJ. Patience is required as the office is understaffed, however Asia, is absolutely one of the nicest, most helpful office administrators we have ever met. If Dr. Saaraswat ever loses her, it would not be good. Asia, We Love You!
Doesn't listen to patient concerns, blows you off as if you don't exist. Very rude and horrible bedside manners.
Dr Saaraswat is a fine doctor and a good guy. Asia his assistant is quite good and reliable but the rest his office however is a mess. He has a large practice with many patients yet he is understaffed. The office's phone system doesn't work properly. It seems it may have been wired wrong. No matter which option one choses the voicemail message simply repeats over and over again and you're left unable to leave a message. I've had nurses, other doctors and my pharmacy tell me the same.
