Horrible attitude, rude, threatening, didn’t read test results, walks out of room after ten minutes, just leaves
I have been seeing Dr. Romero for more than two years. I find him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. I never feel like we’re rushed, and he's great at explaining even difficult matters in terms that I can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Romero.
I feel like I have found an very good urologist, not always that lucky.
Process on ongoing care
Very friendly staff! Dr. covers all the bases in minimal time. I feel at ease and know that I can ask any questions I may have. Love that Dr. comes in with a smile and shakes my hand. Even if I haven’t been in for a year he makes me feel important. Not just a number.

Wow, I'm very impressed with Dr. Romero after having "TURP" surgery to open up my prostrate. He uses a newer technique that results in less bleeding and faster healing and is an all round good guy and confidence builder. I highly recommend!
Absolutely disappointed with this office. The scheduler “non medical person” called and said there was nothing they could do and Refused to schedule an appointment for my wife. The scheduler said she had to have a diagnosis before they would see her for this after she was found to have fluid backed up on her kidney from an ER visit where the ER physician sent a referral to this urologist.
