Dr vest and her staff worked me in on short notice and did their best to get my issue resolved as quickly as possible. I was treated with care and compassion with my autism and ptsd affecting my needs. I give only 4 stars though because Dr vest sent me to an awful oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. When autism and ptsd affect both communication and comfort levels the surgeon refused to finish the consultation and told me if my discomfort was that high he refused to treat me. Listens to my concerns, very professional and the staff is amazing!
Went to Victoria Vest and was not disappointed. I went in for a consultation not sure if I had insurance due to just leaving my job. They were the ones who decided to see when my insurance ended knowing I just left my job, it ended that day the 31st. They called me back after I left with a return day a week later and told me they would make room that day since my insurance was still active and had me in a chair that day to make sure I saved as much as possible.
