Dr. and her entire staff takes care of my entire family and my 91 year old father. Every visit is handled with patience and care. The Hygienist, Katie is amazing. Absolutely great! 5 stars +. Also was in process of finding a new dentist and she was so great with my wisdom teeth, so I am definitely going back and using her as my dentist.
I've been seeing Dr grannan for the past few years, and have nothing but good things to say! Dr and staff are always friendly and make me feel at ease. I've never felt rushed and Dr always explains everything so I can understand fully.
I had an emergency (broken front tooth) and they were able to get me in that day so I didn't have to walk around feeling self conscious. They squeezed me in between people to help me out, I think I even made her run behind, but she said she couldn't let me leave without a front tooth, and didn't, it's their goal. They worked with me every step of the way. There wasn't a way to really temp fix it so they fixed it, didn't rush me out only to come back to do it again. Great job!
Routinely waited more than an hour in the waiting room, with no explanation. She seemed to try in do as many procedures as possible, rather than refer out to specialist because she wants the revenue, even if she's not particularly good at it. She honestly seems obsessed with money.
