I paid $3250.00 for a hearing aid Dr Graff selected 4 me. One of hearing aids was lost in 3 days because they easily fell off . The manufacturer wanted $250 to replace the hearing aid. I was very upset when I called her office and Dr Graff and her staff were very rude and dismissive. It was obvious that this is a common occurrence in her office.
