When I first went in for my consult, I was suprised at how informative and thorough Dr. Chen and her staff are about the process and answering questions. They present all options and recommend what they think is best. They do not pressure you into decisions and respect the decision you make. I had to get braces and have been a customer of Significance Dental for 5 months now and I highly recommend them to everyone. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
