Dr. Victor Pulido is a very poor doctor I would not recommend he to anyone. I had a mass on my kidney and he told me that it was just a cyst not to worry about it and he did no follow up after multiple times to the ED I found out that I had cancer not a cyst. He is not trustworthy or honest. His license should be pulled.
