A denial office is full of hospitality.
I love my dentist. He takes his time to explain my care. I feel very comfortable with all the staff. The office is clean and appointments on time. Even though they don't accept my insurance, I will not change my dentist.

Everything is coming along as good as I hoped for. I am now in the process of lamination for six upper teeth and am totally confident in the procedure moving forward.
Dr. Oelbaum and his staff are always there to help. They care for each patient and want patients to be comfortable and satisfied with their entire experience. They care that patients are pleased with the Dental work and they take time to explain the cost of procedure, how the patients Insurance works and what additional balance the patient will need to pay. They truly care about all aspects of what it takes to make a Dental appointment and then receive treatment.
Staff is very nice, the office is nice, the dental work done was good. What I had been angry about, and am still angry about is that I agreed to have work done based on the information given to me at the point of my visit when I was concerned that I was in an urgent situation. This information was strictly regarding how much of the finances were going to be out of my pocket. If not for Dr. Oelbaum and his associates I would be wearing dentures for the last twenty five years. Dr. Oelbaum is an expert problem solver and saved my teeth. In addition, the entire staff in his immaculate office go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. And I am not a relative writing this.
