My first visit have not had any work done as of yet. Staff did make me feel at ease. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
After finding out how much "repairs" needed to be done, I wish I had found Dr. Oelbaum years ago
they greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the door,simple things like that i pay attention too.i love the service. plus their open on a sundays when every other dentist office was closed.They was there for me when i needed them the most.Thanks
I have been to a few dentist offices but this is by far the best service ive recieved the best customer care ive been a part of in a while ... If you need to get your teeth taken cared of you cannot go wrong with Dr Olelbaum and the rest of his excellent staff
My son is almost 3 years old and I was of course very concerned about his first dentist appointment. I had visions of screaming and biting. However the staff was so great and welcoming. The put my son at ease immediately. It was a great experience and will absolutely refer friends and family.
Honestly the best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and the doctors know what they're talking about. They're extremely well educated. They explain and break down each procedure needed thoroughly. I had Shannon Kelso work on my smile and I highly highly recommend her! She even drew me a picture of what my tooth looks like currently and explained what needed to be done visually. It was awesome. These people are very caring people they want anyone that comes their will be treated well. The office is very clean they treat patients with the utmost respect I will be going back to them very soon
The service here is great. The staff greets you with a smile and great manners. Wa it time is minimal. I would recommend others here. Practically my entire family is serviced at this facility.
I felt comfortable. I felt the staff were considerate of my pain and tried to resolve as quickly as possible.
