Very rude staff. They gave me a 1:00 PM appointment but never told me the doctor wouldn’t arrive until 2:00 PM. This caused problems with my special transportation. Poor communication and lack of respect for patients’ time. Ps the patient is Alexis Rolo Fonseca, my husband, The front desk staff was very rude when I arrived for my 1:00 PM appointment. To make matters worse, there was no reasonable explanation given for why the doctor didn't arrive until 2:00 PM.
