The amount of time to understand and empathy and knowledge
Dr. Ferrans has improved my life in so many ways. I can’t say enough good things about him so any negativity I would have to say is just lashing out by people who don’t trust or understand the process of relationship and trust building to exact lasting change through therapy with a great doctor/ coach. Dr. Ferrans is a treasure.
He actually listens . He doesn’t rush so sometimes runs late but I never feel rushed so understandable that he does the same with others. Very easy to talk to . He’s a gem .
He and his staff are very responsive and he got me in quickly when I needed him

Dr. Ferrans is a open minded straight shooter. He knows what he is doing and is willing to help those willing to help themselves. He doesn't deal with BS. He wants honosty, and needs honosty in order to help you. You don't have his kind of success if your not good at what you do. I leave feeling like I was understood and listened to. Yes it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Some people are not ready for the truth or advice. When you are ready for help, this is the doctor to see
very unhappy with treatment. Provided no help with my condition and when he when things got tough he dropped me as a patiant. Very unprofessional and do not suggest him
Dreadful experience that left me feeling like a pharmacological lab rat. Spends time on you only during your sessions, takes repeated requests to get him to confer with your internist or other doctors. Always uses being "swamped" as an excuse -says it's all he can do to handle current workload yet is accepting new patients.
