He gave me a prescription for a blood titer test which I needed, but there were also 6 other blood tests that I didn't need. I thought I was being tested for just titer test until. I received my Medicare paperwork found a $169 charge that they refused to pay because there wasn't any reason for the tests. I called Dr. Ylagan to straighten this out but the phone service had been canceled with no forwarding address or information.I called the place I had the blood test ,explained what happened and was told that I had to pay the... read more

Would not prescribe important medicine until you came in and saw him again. Office staff horrible and rude do not know what they are doing. And then when I finally get a hold of the doctor he was rude and wouldn’t prescribe medication until you saw him. What ever happened to taking care of your patients first. It seems that they only want to make money and don’t care about the patients I would not even give them one star

I went for an EMG test on my wrists. The office was clean, receptionists were pleasant. Dr. Ylagan, greeted me very nicely and professionally. He took me into the exam room, explained each step that he was about to do, made sure that I was comfortable, we had small conversation in between. Dr. Ylagan informed me when the test was complete, cleaned the area up, wished me a good day, told me to take care. I wished him the same and I left. Great experience!

I have been seeing Dr Ylagan for years Good Dr, would like office staff to change the way they treat patients, not very nice. Do not like the fact he will not issue a prescription without seeing you and makes it difficult to schedule appointments. Office staff lies all the time about contacting you for appointments.

Out of medication for seizures, was adamant that they would not be prescribed until I saw him. I don't have a webcam because I have 3 daughters, I was told that I would have to find someone with one. Uh, Covid 19. I called on monday and there wasn't an appointment until Thursday. So 3 days with NO medication. Not acceptable! One of the receptionists is terrible, rude and not very knowledgeable. I really can't stand her! I really liked my previous neurologist but he retired.

Dr. Ylagan was very thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. His office staff were professional, kind, and have a good sense of humor. I look forward to working with these professionals in the years to come.

The office staff along with the doctor are not knowledgeable, every time I have called with a question, I was never given a straight answer. The person that answers the phone is very rude and does not know anything. They lack customer service and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

This is not a professional Dr. I felt very uncomfortable in his presence. Office is disorganized. Reception is not very nice. Kept me waiting 30 minutes. I did not have confidence in his skills.
