Dr. Vicki took her time with me and noted all my problems and concerns patiently. It's much better than being seen by revolving nurse practioners at my old doctors office. I'm glad to be a new patient.
I don’t plan to come back here. The first time I was there, people came in complaining about their appointments. The interior of the place looks outdated. As I was getting my check up, the nurse walked out. I could hear other staff complaining about each other, so unprofessional. I was refer to an eye doctor, cardiology, and gynecologist, as they do not offer any other services there, except for a “check-up”. When it comes to call backs or speaking with her , it's not good at all. I've had to call medical for 3 authorizations myself because I'm not speaking to anyone...the voicemail is full and I had quite some emergencies which led to changing my doctor...
