She takes her time with her patients and answers questions. She is gentle and helps you feel comfortable.
I've been to this doctor and every time I went to her I felt like crying when I left her office I finally went to another doctor that I didn't feel like crying when I left the office.
If I could give them no stars at all, I would. I have never been to a gynecologist that's as irresponsible as this one. Dr. Vicki, I think, is a good doctor, but the rest of her staff lacks communication and doesn't care about their patient's well-being. Whenever I go to the clinic for a visit, I would always ask for the prices of the visit before confirming the appointment, but for some reason, they always send me invoices asking me to pay more when I've already paid upfront.
