What a friendly and personable couple who run a great practice! Both are very knowledgeable and treat patients in a passionate & benevolent manner. Dr. Vicki Van is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Vicki Van has been taking care of me and my family since 1993.She takes the time to listen and to answer the questions. She never in a rush. She will explain what is going on with you. Dr. Vicki Van is the sweetest doctor I know. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.
I have no confidence in anyone at McIntosh Trail Family Practice. You can never reach anyone on the phone. It takes a long time for the nurse to return calls. Nurse practitioners give conflicting diagnoses. In the two years that I was a patient at the practice, not once did I get an routine physical, even when I requested one. Finally, I realized that I was not being served well at all at McIntosh Trail.
Been there twice. Both times blood work and xrays ordered but never could get anyone on the phone to advise me of the results. Left several messages for the nurse, which is your only option, but no one ever called me back. Why order test if you are not going to follow up with the patient?
Dr. Van is very good at listening to my problems and trying to help guide me in the right direction. She takes all the time I need and I have never felt rushed. Her office is very good at follow up calls and answering any questions I might have. It has been a long time since I have found a doctor who cares as much as she does.
As a former patient i would recommend Dr. Vicki Van. Super nice, very patient, and a caring attitude.
