Dr. is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time on appointments. I have seen for her for years, and trust her implicitly. She saved the life of a dear friend through her dedication, ability to investigate symptoms, and her deep knowledge of the body and health. She doesn't overprescribe and also thinks about more natural therapies.

Would not see me because I can't wear a mask due to shortness of breath and severe panic attacks. Also, she prescribed two different antibiotics and told me not to take them until she told me to. That was seven months ago. I am looking for a new Dr.
This office should not accept any new patients. I, too have waited for hours past my scheduled appointment time and have struggled to get a response from the office staff. The Doctor is thorough, but getting and keeping a timely appointment is very difficult.
I recently had a encounter with the doctor which wasn't very pleasant she was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Pimienta shouldn't work on patients or deal with their families. She has no patiences and is not considerate of the needs of others she really needs to take a professional skills class. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this experience I had with her.
Dr. Pimienta is an excellent Doctor. She has been my Doctor since 2011. It is a little sad for me that she only goes to Carondolet hospitals since my current insurance does not pay for those, but as soon as I qualify for Medicare, I will feel much better. Once I had to see her Nurse Practitioner, but, I hope that never happens again. I have some medical experiences and the NP treated me like I was an idiot.
Great doctor but every time I went to an appointment I tried to pay the copayment and they said that I was going to be billed and it never happened and now they sent the account to a collection agency .
Dr. Pimienta is an outstanding physician. She is very thorough and listens to all of your concerns. Therein lies the problem. On 3 occasions I have left the office without being seen. Last week I waited over an hour and when I asked the receptionist how much longer would I have to wait, she told me there were two patients ahead of me. Her staff should keep patients informed of delays or allot more time to appts.
