Disrespectful to patients other commitments. I recieved an email two days prior the appointment stating that my daughter's appointment was postponed two weeks, as simple as that!! I thoght I can still manage the new appointment they chose. The day of the new appt. I left work three hours early ( my work is an hour drive from the school) to pick up my daughter from school and drive her from Alexandria Va to DC, my daughter missed two classes.
