Doctor Vernon is my wife’s doctor and his is good. It is impossible to book an appointment for myself as a new patient. The staff in the office is unable to take and verify insurance information
Primary care doctor, hospitalist, internist. Have been seeing him for almost 8 years after his last casual visit while I was in rehab after a major operation. His brother is my wife's primary care physician
The staff is the main issue. Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. Christy or Chrissy, in particular, who hangs up on patients mid sentence during a call. They didn’t submit or code my annual blood work with my insurance company correctly so I was charged. They were unresponsive to five calls from me and my pharmacy to get a prior authorization. Bad experience!
Dr Vernon is incredibly knowledgeable. Dr Vernon has an awesome recall regarding patients history. Great listener!
