saw doctor in hospital and was given very little information. When I was released from the hospital after 5 phone calls to make a follow up appt and no return call -(which he had advised)- and no call back I gave up on his nonsense
I absolutely love Dr. V. His staff is incompetent. My PCP recommended him, said he's the best in NV, and if he can't figure out a diagnosis, no one can. He was my 3rd neuro in 6mos, and he ordered more tests and treatments, and spent FAR more time with me than any other. I'm undiagnosable, but that doesn't stop him from still trying. His office staff.. IF you get through on the phones, you're on hold forever or sent to vm they don't return. And they don't send referrals or ins. auth until 3 mos
I've been a patient for a year and I've never met him.
Great knowledgeable dr, has answers to any questions MS related of course or any of the treatments. His m.a's are great, the only issue I have ever had is not getting an answer from the assistant manager. Otherwise highly recommend
Saw my father in hospital and read his test results prescribed meds now impossible to make a appt. weeks later. left many messages for a follow-up with no return call. Don't know what to think.
It is unnerving, to have to repeatedly visit this doctors office because, the staff can't seem to finish your paperwork. Be it for simple tests, prescriptions or, a return to work/school letter. Regardless, if you do or don't need a referral or prior authorization, this office staff, is sure not going to complete it in a timely manor by your next visit. I had to schedule additional appointments to meet with the Dr. So it could be written, and hand delivered. Bad staff gives a good Dr. black eye.
I've been dealing with a medical issue for the past year which recently ended me in the hospital. I was blessed Dr V was the the doctor on call. He kept me in hospital after running several test and asked that I follow up with him after being Discharged. I seen his PA Judith who is a Angel ?? she made me feel so comfortable and listened. 9 days later I had another episode, called office and was scheduled next day. I have full confidence in both Dr V and Judith to find a diagnosis and treatment.
When you have appointment with this doctor make sure he will see you but in my case he put me to a Family Nurse practitioner even I was a new patient. I cannot figure out why? I know I was more stressed when I left. My appointment was on 10/4/2016 at 1.30 pm. I wish I have seen by him as my primary doctor referred me to him. I do not think this doctor or his staff care about the welfare of the patients. I even could not sleep thinking why I was treated by this way. Mo
Dr referred me to surgeon for carpal tunnel surgery- surgeon said Why? Not carpal tunnel! Staff rude. Lacked follow up -was to fax MRI ref to Steinberg when my spot neared, they hand not rcvd referral from office, was told Dr had not signed and would not be able to for couple days due to sched-MRI with the in couple days!!! Was told by gal in office was helping as a courtesy - and when I spoke to office mgr didn't feel as though she was very concerned re:staff attitude!
