Started seeing Dr. Basava in 2024 but this last visit became a nightmare. Her office caused the insurance company to deny my pain injection in October 2025 because they failled to submitt the proper paper work and did not to a peer to peer request by the insurance company to a overturn the denial which caused the insurance to say the injection is denied until the doctor's office submit proper information. The doctor's office claim they have made the appeal but the insurance states they have not been in communications. This h... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Basava for several years regarding a very painful hip issue. She is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. She is kind, understanding and has gone out of her way to help me on multiple occasions. Can’t say enough great things about her!

Excellent Dr. Caring, and excellent at explaining procedure. Outcome was excellent. My father was an MD, so I know a good MD when I see one. Quality of life was important to me and she gave that back to me. A great MD.
Dr. Basava rushes through appointments. Her bedside manner is lacking: she is abrupt & was dismissive when I requested more information about her overall plan in treating me. I had multiple injections over more than a year of time spent under her care. None of them helped. I left her clinic out of frustration because it seemed that I would never get better. I found a physician who implanted a spinal cord simulator and I am much better. I have a life again. I would never recommend her.
Dr. Basava is one of the best doctors i have ever met. She has gotten me out of pain and has done so without a lot of pain meds. She is very professional and i would highly recommend her to every0ne;
