Front desk and the rest of the people they don’t care if you waited for so Long poor service ..when you call they just hung up they let you wait.
I just called her practice 3 or 4 times and was hung up on. Previously when I called the receptionist or whomever was very rude and unprofessional. I wonder if the doctor is just as nasty.
Never actually met the doctor but the front desk staff was a stressful nightmare! Front desk clerk was very dishonest. Said she faxed over paperwork to my insurance numerous times but the insurance said she never sent it. Finally after calling my own insurance medical group several times which is technically the doctors office job, I convinced them to call her office & request the paperwork that was needed, only then did they all of a sudden receive the paperwork but it had the wrong code which made the process of me getting... read more
