I love Dr. Marques. I feel when other drs didn’t believe my symptoms he did and after many years suffering Dr. Marques immediately acted and found that I had tachycardia. That was more than 10 yrs ago. BUT I can say his staff LET me DOWN. I called and wanted someone to call me back since I was now having issues with my heart rate going to low and was concerned. Been a patient for 2 years. Had a nuclear test, 2 echocardiograms, a catherization and 3 or 4 appointments. Last appointment was required for medication refills. This was followed a week later with the second echo. Findings of a decrease from 45% to 20. This was communicated to me by my primary care doctor 3 weeks later. I started my calls, emails, portal communication and received an appointment for 6 weeks later. I would never use Dr. Marques again as a doctor. He completely disregarded me and my husband when we tried to ask him about my heart issues. He performed a heart cath on me after explaining that he would find and fix an artery blockage. But when he found no blockage, he didn't give us any answers as to why he thought the blockage was there in the first place, nor what could have caused my heart attack. I was referred to Dr. Marques after the sudden passing of my brother a year ago. He was professional but easy to talk to. He scheduled the needed tests and followed up with blood pressure , and cholesterol management. I have a high degree of trust in Dr. Marques/
Dr. Marques and staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Marques is very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly has a big heart who really cares for his patients. He always has great advice. He listens to your situation, concerns, and takes the time to answer your questions. I've had two experiences with him so far and he truly is a blessing.
