Doctor Adolf is incredibly nice and amazing but someone in her staff is not. I was threatened 24 hours before my appointment (while driving in construction and attempting to drop my daughter off at camp) about an insurance issue. Instead of having me bring my updated cards in, I received a text stating “your balance needs to be resolved before your appointment tomorrow”. The whole encounter was incredibly unprofessional and I never received an apology or a resolution that was helpful aside from the demand.
The best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Adolph and her staff are amazing!
Best Dentist Ever!!! The staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly. They all remember your name and it’s never a boring visit! My teeth are always in great shape because of this awesome team! My entire family comes here. Highly recommended!!
