The dentists are very professional and really knows what they are doing. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Dr Vanessa Kung is a very good dentist. I would give her clinic a 5 star if not for her old, disrectful and unprofessional receptionist Heather. I suggest that this woman be given proper training on how to treat patients of this clinic. This woman always make side comments whenever you can not make it to your appointments. She even told me on the phone that Joyce the dental hygienist said not to accept me anymore - when i couldn’t make it to my appt due to medical reasons. went there few days ago. dentist is good. I am the first patient of that day. There's no receptionist. Dental assistant check in and check insurance for me. The point is she didn't change glove and just come back take x-ray for me. hopefully improve in future
Best dentist ever. Dr. Kung is gentle, caring and professional.
I would give Dr Kung a 5 because she is a very good dentist. Other staffs are good as well except the old receptionist Heather. She is quite rude. No customer service skill. She tells the client to go look for another dentist. Not sure if she is Dr Kung’s grandma that is why she’s arrogant. But i guess she shouldn’t be in the front desk.
