I would give Dr Kung a 5 because she is a very good dentist. Other staffs are good as well except the old receptionist Heather. She is quite rude. No customer service skill. She tells the client to go look for another dentist. Not sure if she is Dr Kung’s grandma that is why she’s arrogant. But i guess she shouldn’t be in the front desk.

Best dentist ever, especially for kids! Dr Vanessa Kung and her staff nonstop communicating with my daughter during the tooth repair, explaining what they were doing so that my daughter was so comfortable, no needle is needed. Dr Vanessa Kung also explained to the patients all the issues with the x-ray results, and provided all the options for treatment. There is a TV for the kids to watch during the repair. Vanessa and her team are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to MANY dentists over the years, and must say Dr Vanessa Kung and her team take the top prize. They are always accommodating and they carefully explain everything. From the procedure to the insurance part, they are clear and make the process as smooth and painless (as painless as dentist can be. Lol) as possible. VERY highly recommend.
