Staff is nice when you are there but they do not answer the phones and they do not answer messages in a timely manner. Actually had to go up there to get any help. Also their business hours are incorrect on their phone message and on Google.
Great doctor! She is very smart and direct which I appreciate. The wait time is long but she will take her time and answer any questions or concerns
I am deeply disappointed with the way my grandmother was treated during her recent appointment\. Instead of being shown kindness and respect, she was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner because she had not completed a patient survey. Waiting time is always over 2hours.
Keeps saying she is going to be in-network with insurance so have to pay $200 out of pocket. Very hard to get someone to answer the phone, have left messages with no call back. Have been told someone would call me but never happens. Says she sends meds to pharmacy only to find out they either weren’t sent or pharmacy refuses to fill meds for her. Will not recommend.
