Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat every client equally? Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider treat every client equally? I never made it past the introduction phone call to make a first visit. I was screened because I was self-paying. I was told the office is not taking any new patients with these conditions: Pain managment, mental health/depression, fibromyalgia. When asked why, the receptionist said they did not have the time to devote to taking on any more patients with these conditions.
