They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
