Went to two classes that Dr Walker held regarding Anger and Anxiety. She had lot's of handouts and helpful quotes from numerous sources and the small group discussions were really good as in I'm not the only one to have concerns like that. I would recommend her classes to anyone as it increases awareness for yourself and how to engage with others.
