I have seen Dr. Jehle for YEARS. Dr. Jehle retired, so I made an appointment with Dr. Waddell who is in the same practice. I was charged an administrative fee of $25.00 AND a copay of $35.00. I have NEVER paid those fees in the past. I have found another doctor. It was also very difficult to reach office staff to inquire about the statement I received. Zero stars! Very disappointed!
The office staff has been terrible to my sister who has been trying to schedule her first OB appointment for weeks. She just moved to AL and has not had her prenatal care as of yet at 16 weeks. The office refuses to schedule her an appointment without medical records, there are no remedial records. She hasn’t been seen yet! I’ve heard great things about the doctor but the office staff is terrible and rude.
Dr. Waddell is very nice with an enviable bedside manner. She's the only OB/GYN that I will see. She's also a Buckeye!!!!
I would not recommend this practice. Office and medical staff are unprofessional and unresponsive.
