Valerie Saxon was my therapist a long time ago about 15 years ago she was either still a student or just fresh out of school. I was very blessed to have her the very short time I did. I still use her mindfulness techniques today. I was also smart enough to keep the worksheets she gave me so I could copy them over and over to use. I could go on but then this review would be to exhausting to reach out.
