Dr. Lenox has been my doctor for almost 7 years. I love her! If you need medication, she will prescribe it. But if you need vitamins or a diet change or a lifestyle change, she will tell you that. She actually cares and actually listens. Her NP, Molly, is OUTSTANDING.
Dr Valerie genuinely cares about her patients!!! She also does essential oils not just prescriptions so she wants to get rid of the problem not just mask it with medicine. She is a serious BLESSING TO ME!!!
PATIENTS BE AWARE!!! Retired Registered Nurse Spouse not allowed during disabled husband's Dr. Visit. There are no signs posted stating this or any mention of Dr. Lenox's Policy. As former patients, my wife and I both signed authorization forms designating each other full access to each others medical records as primary care givers. When I questioned Dr. Lenox as to why the policy, her response was, "my exam room is to small, it's chaotic, confusing and I get frustrated". Dr Lenox has been my dr for several years. She is a wonderful dr who listens, cares, is very thorough, and is willing to do the testing or searching for what is wrong instead of just sending you on your way with pills without helping you dive in to what is happening with your health. I just read the other low review that was just given and I find it completely opposite of my experience. She has helped me so much and I highly recommend her as an awesome doctor!
Not a good doctor what so ever. Ran multiple test for no reason and when my family said she was running test for no reasons they dropped us as patients. The nurses can't get anything right at all either. my prescriptions have been wrong multiple times. Aka Chelsea the lead nurse is the one responsible for that. I went to this doctor for 6 months or more and got nothing out of it besides a lot of uneasery test and was told things that were not true about myself.
