I was so excited to get on Dr.Bannons schedule. I had the appointment on my calendar for the 15th however it seems it was scheduled for the 14th. The office said they will not allow a reschedule since it was the first appointment. I think this policy is very inconsiderate for new patients especially in my situation. I spent a long time finding this office through my insurance app and am very disappointed that there was miss-communication that lead them to not even provide me an opportunity to actually align on the date, time... read more
Very friendly experience from the second I walked in the door. Dawn and Dr. O'Bannon took care of me today, and both were lovely + experienced. Will be returning again in 6 months!
I missed my appointment due to a family emergency so now I he won't see me and because I canceled with my previous doctor because they didn't take my insurance and it was 200 dollar's that's why I went you this doctor O'Bannon now he won't see me and I'm disabled
I LOVE Dr O'Bannon. She has taken very good care of my teeth for many years. She has been caring and professional at every visit, whether routine care or something more complicated.
