I have gone to Dr. Valerie for multiple sessions now and I have felt a world of a difference since. She has been helping me so much with my pregnancy, as well as before, and keeping my body and energy in check as my body endures so many changes in a short period of time.
I have been going to Dr. Val for many years. Sometimes is because of a specific pain due to an injury. Sometimes it’s just to keep my body aligned and balanced. I have taken all of my kids to see her, from when they were little, and she has also helped them with specific concerns and kept them aligned and balanced as they grew. I first saw Dr. Valerie for an acute back issue, and over time her care has become so much more than pain relief. Her calming, approachable presence and gentle NSA approach have helped me reduce stress, feel more grounded, and trust my body’s ability to heal. She has a gift for listening, both to her patients and to what their bodies need, and I’ve learned so much about caring for my energy and overall wellness. I’m so grateful to have found her.
