This office and physician has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in any type of a physician office visit. Doctor is condescending and will not take time to hear the patient. His staff is completely unprovincial and downright rude.
Nice doctor, terrible billing. Dr. Feiz uses outsourced billing that is difficult to deal with. Be careful if you have VSP insurance, and need a refraction exam in addition to an ophthalmological exam. VSP will only accept billing as primary. You may have to come back on a separate visit for the refraction if you want VSP to cover it.
