I have always found Dr. V both though and answered all my questions completely.
Communication is nonexistent. Monitoring of chemotherapy during treatment was nonexistent and excessive. Office visits were short and rushed without opportunity for questions regarding treatment, somewhat abusing. Very unfriendly. Changing doctor.
Dr Venkatraj refused to order CT or body scan to check for metastases claiming that the medication would handle it. When mother started exhibiting irrational behavior and started hallucinating, she still refused. Now mother has been diagnosed with a metastasized brain tumor, after mother was found on the floor of her home unresponsive. It is too bad that the level of care available in Albuquerque has deteriorated to this level. What happened to ethics?
