Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
