I have been seeing Dr. Karnam for 10+ years and will continue to see him. I have had multiple colonoscopies with him and have never had an issue. He even called me on a Sunday the night before a procedure to answer a question I sent on his website. He also potentially saved my life a few years ago. Dr Karnam is awful. He misdiagnosed me. I worked at an endoscopy center who also worked with dr. Karnam. All the providers/surgeons told me that Dr Karnam does not do the scopes honestly. He goes in for the amount of time needed then goes out. And I’m not surprised after 5 years of being misdiagnosed. Livid is an understatement. The front desk is the worst. I was very grateful to have such a pleasant experience with Dr. Karnam and his staff. I was greeted warmly by the staff and was taken care of by the front office staff to the Medical Assistant in back. I was impressed by the professionalism and thoughtfulness of each of the team members in the office. Dr. Karnam is a very popular doctor within the Salt Lake and Park City areas and I can see why.
