I first saw Dr. Saligram and felt encouraged and felt like she understood me and what I was going through but there was no follow through. Medications that she said she sent were not and I could not get through to the office. After several attempts of calling the office and multiple messages left there was still no call back. After my second appt. the same thing happened, I felt like Dr. Saligram knew her diagnosis for me so I had injections done that day but they didn’t work, I’m still in pain with no help or relief in sigh... read more
This was my first time seeing a dr at Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders.Checking in was easy, the receptionist is very friendly. My appointment was at 930am and didn’t get called back until 945am,that is an extra 15 minutes which there was no reason for…When I checked in there was only one other patient who was waiting for her appointment and she was called back before I was.My policy is to always arrive at the appointment thirty minutes before scheduled because sometimes drs will take you in earlier if you arrive ea... read more
When I was looking for a new neurologist, a family friend suggested Dr Saligram. She is very nice & soft spoken. I have now seen her twice this year and have been scheduled for yet another at the end of the year. I have mild epilepsy and had seen my old neurologist once a year. There is no need for me to have three office visits in one year. At my last visit, I arrived for appointment 15 minutes early, sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before getting called back to a room. I was forgotten about and had to walk out of th... read more
I love Dr Saligram and her nurse Jasmin, they both listen to me, they don’t rush through anything and are trying different things to help with my migraines. She is the first dr to not just brush my symptoms of as “nothing”.
Horrible doctor and staff. Please do not go to her, find someone else. She does not follow through with what she says she will do, and the staff refuses to follow up. Her assistant, nurse, the office manager, the receptionist, have all promised me THEY will be the one to get to the bottom of why my MRI hasn't been sent off to a Neuroradiologist and ALL of them just disappear and refuse to call me back. It's been three months and 2 canceled appointments and I'm no closer to having answers. Not receiving the promised call back... read more

Definitely not recommended. My appointment was not on time, there only I suspected their services. Not even they asked what my primary physician did a lab test for my health condition. Actually I went by my primary physician referral, not even she asked what my primary care did for my headache. Same test she ordered once again, I realized after came out from the lab test. When I asked them, their argument was that my responsibility to tell the doctor what my primary care did the lab test. Another funny thing is when I asked ... read more
She is an outstanding and compassionate physician
My experience with Dr. Saligram was initially positive. She is a great doctor and actually listens to patients. Based on more recent experience with her staff; specifically at the Arlington location, I can’t explain how disappointed I am. I provided a record to her office several months ago that needed to be completed. Any time I’d call asking about it (calls were made to the Arlington office) the secretary Cynthia would advise me it was almost done or it was going to be submitted. She has record of sending it last month; bu... read more
She is very unreliable as a neurologist..Im a patient with M.S and in need of medicine in a timely manner and I have yet to have my refills done on time in the last two years of being with her. She is not someone I would recommend to people.
