The entire staff did their best to make an uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible. From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands with the entire team.

The entire staff from the one who checked me in to the one that wheeled me out to my car was fantastic. This was my first time with RF Ablation, simple and easy (on my part). I trust Dr. DeSilva totally with my pain management treatments. I was told to take it easy the next day, but I definitely feel a tremendous improvement in my lower back, maybe later I'll roll some boulders uphill, all kidding aside, I feel awesome!!! Thanks to everyone at the pain clinic.

From sign-in to the wheel chair ride out to the car, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, considerate, and professional. Dr. DaSilva was kind and attentive. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. My shot procedure went quite well, with the nurses paying close attention to my needs. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. Great job all around.
