The staff was very helpful & friendly. The Dr was professional and caring. I appreciate his concern for my health issues. My mother & stepdad are his patients as well and love him.

I’ve worked in health care and customer service to the public is EVERYTHING!! I was appalled at the behavior of the front office staff. When calling to set up an appointment after seeing my primary care doctor, the lady up front stated that “they don’t see people only for their throat”. When I asked if the doctor was an ENT she then said “yeah, but we don’t see you for just that”. As a person who has seen a good amount of specialist and has had many doctor appointments this one was by far the worst one I've ever had. To start off, the nurse asked if I was still taking certain medications when I let her know that things have changed she only bothered to change one medication and then left. I'm 100% sure my medication list is not accurate. The doctor came in seemed like he was already in a hurry at 8:30am barely answered a few questions and sent me on my way.
