I have been a patient there for 11 years and a few months ago there was an issue with insurance re assignments which was no longer going to be covered at this dental office. Dr Pickett and his staff spent hours working with the insurance company to get me reassigned back to them so I could continue to be their patient. Dr Pickett genuinely cares about his patients!

Dr Pickett is a gifted, considerate, and caring professional! He always fully explains all the pros and cons of the treatment, so that I can make an independent judgment. He never "talked down" to me - neither did he apply pressure if I am not ready for the procedures; I have veneers, crowns and 4 implants. He took ample time to make me comfortable with the anesthesia and spent considerable time to do my restorations beautifully.
