I was referred to this clinic by a friend after my longtime dentist retired. As a new patient, I paid for an initial consultation and was pleased with the dentist I saw. Booking mix up was sorted to my satisfaction . Booked in for a cleaning with a specific hygienist. The initial appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled. Was told that I could wait and rebook with the same hygienist or take a sooner appointment with a different hygienist. I chose to wait for my preferred hygienist . When I arrived for my appointment I was booked for the alternate hygienist not the one I waited for and was told I would be seeing. Helped with a somewhat urgent tooth issue when my dentist was away. Excellent staff, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Crowe was amazing. My tooth is repaired and looks great!
The office and staff were very welcoming and Elya did a wonderful job on my sensitive teeth:) even put some numbing cream on them before she cleaned. Thank you for the great experience!
