Always awesome work
Dr James' work was top tier quality without a lot of pain and discomfort. I needed fillings, but I was afraid of the pain/sensitivity I had experienced in the past. Dr James used an adequate amount of anesthetic to complete the needed work without as much as a zinger. I also had very minimal soreness afterwards. Awesome work!
Two root canals. Both became infected and abcessed. Had to have them scraped and stitched by another practitioner. Run, don't walk, away from this guy.
I strongly recommend filing a complaint against "Doctor" Ty James specifically for the violation of the Dental Principals of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct. Called and gave my insurance info ahead of time and a provider phone number. When I showed up they said they didn't take the insurance. They had plenty of time to check and notify me but didn't.
OMG!! This is THE BEST dental practice in the state of Georgia! Dr. James and his staff are courteous, professional and efficient. I was very apprehensive about my visit as it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist. I was made to feel at ease from the very first moment. A totally inviting environment that I would recommend to ANYONE! Thank you all so much for your professional care. I am SO thankful that I found Chapel Hill Family Dentistry!!
I had my first appointment at Chapel hill family dentistry on 11/14 and my first impression of this business is "WOW"! the staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. my Dental hygienist Jill was amazing, I would refer this business solely because of her. She is wonder, very professional & kind. Thank you guys & Jill for an amazing dental experience.
Best dental experience so far!!they treat me like family and at the same time take excellent care of my teeth. My first time there I met the whole staff, I'm assuming because I'm important because I'm a patient. They were super friendly n inviting I left the place feeling at ease! Second time was my cleaning appt, Jill went above and beyond to take excellent care of my teeth, me n my daughter. Not enough space to elaborate. Thank you team!
I have always been afraid of any dentist visits because of past bad experiences. But coming here put all my fears to rest. Dr. James was excellent and his whole staff from the receptionists to his assistants are caring and go above and beyond to make sure there is a comfort level to your visit. I have no problem making my appts...I actually look forward to it.
