I came to you and was treated like my problem was not important.I understand your cancer patients come first and you couldnt help me right away.But were just rude.If you couldn't help me you could have told me about someone that could.You basically said whatever.So thank you for being a total jerk.It didn't matter that this has been going on for almost a year. My review is specifically directed to his assistant. I recently had a frustrating experience with the assistant handling prior authorizations. Not only was she incompetent, but she was also rude. The assistant failed to submit the prior authorization, which caused delays in my father’s treatment. When my mother followed up that morning, she received dismissive responses.
