My son went here for a simple ear infection/ear ache. The doctor took no precautions to hold my sons head still and stuck a plastic tool in my sons ear and cut his ear drum. My son bleed for days and it’s done permanent damage to his hearing. The doc called to say it’s so easy to do and the child can’t move or this thing can happen, yet at no point did the doc do anything to keep him still.
