Dr. Vu has cared for my family for generations, and he is truly an excellent pediatrician—kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. While there was a period where front desk communication was challenging, I’m happy to say that the office has improved tremendously. The staff is much more organized and responsive, and the overall experience has been much smoother. Dr. Vu continues to provide great care, and I appreciate the improvements that have been made.

Dr. Vu used to be my pediatrician as a kid, and my younger siblings as well. Since his retirement I have chose to keep my children in his son's care. I absolutely love him as a doctor, just as much as his father however the front desk has made a turn for the worse ever since the two women who originally worked that have left. Everytime one of my kids become sick unexpectedly, i call to have them seen as a walk in. One day they're accepting walk-ins,one day it's only during certain hours, and I'd end up having to visit the ER... read more
