I took my daughter to Dr. Grin for her crossed eyes. She was unbelievably thorough in her examination and was good with my daughter. She also took the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease with the next steps we needed to take. Her kind and compassion was truly felt and I would recommend her to anyone.
I was very impressed with Dr. Grin and her expertise when I took my 6 month old son into her office. She is very good at what she does and the staff were all very helpful. She is a terrific surgeon and I would highly recommend her and her office.
I went to Dr. Grin for a second opinion for my 4 year old daughter who either needed surgery or an eye patch. Dr. Grin took much needed time to explain our options. She had so much patience with a rather upset 4 year old and her very nervous mother. We were very confident with Dr. Grin's experience and she is an excellent doctor . I was very pleased with the care we received. My daughter and Dr. Grin developed a very nice relationship and I would highly recommend Dr. Grin.
My 18 month old granddaughter was referred to Dr. Trudi Grin by her pediatrician. I accompanied my daughter and granddaughter to the initial office visit. We were rather apprehensive because we had no history of lazy eye in our family, and 18 months seemed so young to see a specialist. My daughter was seen by her optometrist, Dr Jinks who seemed wonderful during my 9-year-old daughters exam. We were, however very disappointed with the way that Dr. Jinks and the staff pushed their eyeglasses that were for sale. They offered us no advice as new patients and we spent an exorbident $380 on glasses. The staff was very rude and would not refund our money until we mentioned that each time we came in we would tell patients about our experience. This was the worst experiences that I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Grin was very rude and short with our 3 year old son on his 1st eye appointment. We will not be going back and would never recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Grinn's staff was very friendly and helpful, though I cannot say the same about her. She was not personable or sweet with our 2 month old baby. Because of our experience we will not be going back.
She is a fantastic surgeon and a very accessible pediatric opthamologist. We moved and I hate that my son has to see a new doctor!
Dr. Grin is an excellent surgeon and overall doctor. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She did eye muscle surgery on me and now my eyes are completely straight. Her care post-surgery has also been excellent. She also has a really helpful and polite staff. I would recommend her to anyone.
