Very good experience Staff very helpful and caring
Dr. Schmidt and the staff are great. Dr. Schmidt is very good at explaining the details and is very attentive. Same for the staff. Everyone works great as a team helping you from beginning to the end of your procedure. I have used Dr. Schmidt for years now and am always impressed by the professionalism and commitment he and the team show to patients.
Dr Schmidt takes his time and answers all your questions. His explanations a easy to understand and he does not rush your visit. He is very thorough and a very good doctor.
Outstanding experience from all the nursing staff outstanding. I have difficult vein to stick and all three nurses took time to fine my vein. It took several tries but they made me feel comfortable in the process. But the front desk staff was very dismissive she didn’t show any interest in answering my questions or helping me.Been a healthcare practitioner myself I was looking in the eyes of a patient and a healthcare practitioner which made me see what patients feel when they receive good care vs poor care. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Entire staff friendly, helpful, thoughtful, kind and considerate. Procedure went perfectly smoothly, and recovery and wrap-up were flawless. On a scale of 1 - 10, he and his team earned an 11. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for great care with a huge heart.
Outstanding treatment. Thoroughly professional, considerate and efficient. Colonoscopies are not pleasant, but this was as good as it can be.
Dr. Schmidt took the time to be sure every thing is understood. He also listens to all things that I had to say and ask questions. The treatment is scheduled soon.
Staff was professional. Procedure was smooth and painless.
