I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Troy,and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. I have a phobia of needles and surgery and needed to go in to get my wisdom teeth out. Instead of working to help me get past the fear, Dr. Follmar was dismissive and talked extensively about how the procedure could go wrong. Before going under, I had a panic attack due to the phobia, and he told me to get over it and act like an adult. It was incredibly disrespectful and callous, and I am unlikely to ever return to his office. That being said, the staff were very helpful and understanding.
Dr. Follmar was recommended by my general dentist and did a great job. He had the tooth out in no time with NO pain. A very nice experience under the circumstances.
Dr. Follmar did an excellent job extracting my tooth. He is clearly a talented surgeon. He also helped me plan my surgery around my wedding so I would not be disfigured for my big day. I had a problem getting my pain under control immediately after the surgery and Dr. Follmar went out of his way to help me, even calling me back very late at night and calling in a new prescription, as well as seeing me first thing the next morning.
