I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Troy,and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. I have a phobia of needles and surgery and needed to go in to get my wisdom teeth out. Instead of working to help me get past the fear, Dr. Follmar was dismissive and talked extensively about how the procedure could go wrong. Before going under, I had a panic attack due to the phobia, and he told me to get over it and act like an adult. It was incredibly disrespectful and callous, and I am unlikely to ever return to his office. That being said, the staff were very helpful and understanding.
